Vintage Haviland & Co. Limoges Tray

This is a vintage limoges tray made by Haviland & Co. I want to assume that it was made around 1930-1940. THERE IS A SLIGHT CHIP.
This white tray is decorated with wild cabbage roses. They are pink and green. The rim of the tray is a fancy design as well. It’s an absolutely rare and unique find!
